Ingredient framework

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifer

Standardised to 5% withanolides by HPLC. HPA-axis modulator with strong cortisol-pattern and adaptogen literature. Available as root extract or whole-plant (Panchang) extract.

Bacopa monnieri

Standardised to 50% bacosides by HPLC (BacoWise grade). Memory and learning support active with classical and modern clinical evidence.

Ashwagandha addresses the stress-response axis directly via HPA-axis modulation and
