Inflammation & Mobility System
Designed for products that work with inflammatory and joint-mobility pathways.
The Inflammation & Mobility System combines three botanical anti-inflammatories with overlapping yet distinct mechanisms — built for products in active-aging, sports-recovery, and joint-health categories.

Designed to support formulation of
products targeting inflammatory pathways,
joint mobility, and recovery.

Ingredient framework
Boswellia serrata Extract
Standardised to boswellic acids (65% / 70%). Acts via 5-LOX inhibition — a distinct anti-inflammatory pathway from NSAID-style COX inhibition.
Turmeric Extract
Standardised to curcuminoids. NF-κB modulator with strong clinical literature in joint-health and inflammatory-balance applications.
Moringa Leaf Extract
Multi-pathway active providing antioxidant and Nrf2-mediated support, complementing the anti-inflammatory backbone.
How the system works together
Boswellia targets the leukotriene arm of inflammatory signalling via 5-LOX inhibition. Turmeric works through NF-κB and downstream cytokine modulation. Moringa underwrites the antioxidant capacity that surrounds chronic inflammatory states. The combination is broader than any single active and avoids over-relying on one pathway.
Reference framework
Inclusion levels are formulation-dependent. Standardisation grade selection (especially
Boswellia at 65% vs. 70% boswellic acids) influences both efficacy positioning and price tier.
Important note:
This system provides a formulation framework for product development purposes. Final formulation design, dosage, and product claims are the responsibility of the finished-product manufacturer.

asked before. Bring us the formulation challenge — we will build the
system around it.
